Shipping

At Curated by Reaching Quiet we strive to offer free shipping for the majority of our products. There are select product exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. If for any reason free shipping is not available you will be contacted with an estimate of shipping cost. 

We also strive to provide delivery as quickly as possible and delivery estimates are good faith only. Some items are special order or custom and could be up to 8-12 weeks for delivery. Items will ship from our location, or partner warehouses located in the United States or Europe. Please allow for more time in shipping for items originating overseas.

Curated by Reaching Quiet will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes or military APOs.

Returns

Curated by Reaching Quiet Does not accept returns unless the item is deemed to be defective or was damaged in transit. It is absolutely critical that you examine products upon delivery by freight carrier. Contact us regarding any defective or damaged items at 704-377-6304 as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery, during our open hours of Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6pm.
